Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Course

This course is recommended for community managers and experienced assistant managers. Earning your CAM credential allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage an apartment community and achieve the owner's investment goals. The CAM credential positions you well for career opportunities and advancement. 

When: 

January 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30...Each day 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (some days will possibly be earlier)

Cost: 

$550 (Member) $650 (Non-Member)

Price Includes - materials, final testing fee, daily snacks/drinks. Lunch is NOT included. 

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year industry experience and must complete all classes and pass exam within 12 months

All attendees must register no later than December 20, 2019, in order to have course materials.
