Maintenance Technician II
Revitalize Realty is looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll
be performing various maintenance tasks and repairs in our rental homes and
apartment complexes. You will be assigned a variety of tasks, including but not
limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs.


The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player with a keen eye for details
and a problem solver who has prior maintenance experience. A great maintenance
technician will be able to work independently and responsibly by observing all
health and safety guidelines.


Our goal is to maintain and restore the properties we manage to the best possible
condition for our owners and tenants.


Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting,
carpentry, etc.)
• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures,
and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine
maintenance and handling any repairs as needed
• Perform ‘handyman’ maintenance tasks on residential real estate
properties, houses, and apartments
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize
equipment operations and minimize safety risks
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Provide customer service to tenants and property owners
• Work with maintenance director to assess project timelines and scope of
work
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
Qualifications
• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• Applicant must have a working knowledge of all main maintenance skills
such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, appliance
repairs, and the ability to make almost any household repair
• Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Applicant MUST represent themselves in a respectable and professional
manner
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Applicant must have a valid driver's license and their own reliable
transportation (e.g.: truck or van)
• Applicant must have their own basic tools
• Able and willing to pass a background check
