A Note From the President ~
Welcome to the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association! We are really looking forward to 2010. The calendar is already full of events and activities and we have plenty more in the works! Our Association is for everyone: from vendors, to managers, owners, leasing consultants and maintenance technicians. Our goal is to keep you informed of local, state and national issues within our industry. We also strive to provide continuing education opportunities to further develop sales skills, relationship management and legal changes. Our membership is involved in the Alabama Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association which allows us to pull from those resources and bring the best back to you!
Please mark your calendar for the third Thursday of every month for our General Membership meetings. We meet at the Heron Lakes Country Club, however we will meet at the Mobile Convention Center for our Expo and Maintenance Mania. Our meetings are a great chance for you to stay current with local issues and membership projects as well as network with peers and gain exposure to our different speakers.
Finally, we are always looking for new ideas regarding projects, events, speakers or anything else you think is pertinent to our Association. This Association is for your benefit so please give us feedback! I can’t wait to see you at our next meeting and I’m looking forward to serving the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association.

The Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association’s current membership includes 93 Communities that offer a combined 17,908 Apartment Homes to the area, 14 Management Companies and 72 Vendors.
